RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

11. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations applicable to contracts concluded at a distance in Belgium and the European Union, the consumer has, subject to legal exceptions, a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal.

This period begins to run from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by him other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

The customer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must clearly inform us within the legal period.

12. Return conditions

Products must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold for sale, in compliance with the exceptions provided for by the applicable legislation.

We strongly recommend that you keep the original packaging as well as all accessories, documents and items that come with the product.

The customer is responsible for the proper packaging of the product to ensure its return in good condition.

13. Return Shipping Costs

Direct return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the applicable legislation provides that they must be borne by LOAKIALI.

We recommend that the customer choose a shipping service that allows the package to be tracked and keep the proof of deposit until the confirmation of receipt of the return.

14. Refund

In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, LOAKIALI will reimburse the sums due in accordance with the applicable legislation.

The refund is made within the legal deadlines and using the same means of payment as the one used during the transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Where permitted by applicable regulations, the refund may be deferred until the return of the returned product or until the customer provides proof of shipment of the product, whichever is earlier.

In accordance with the applicable regulations, certain additional costs related to the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by LOAKIALI may not be refundable.

15. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the law provides for an exception.

Where an exception is applicable to a product, this will be indicated to the customer in accordance with legal obligations.
